Being raised in the Yorkton area, I believe in our community slogan"Yorkton - Where Good Things Happen." It feels good whenever I hear people say"Yorkton people are so friendly!"
I followed a lifelong dream and became a licensed Realtor in 2002. I enjoy every minute of the real estate industry, listing and selling great homes for great people.
I further involved myself with the real estate industry and sit as a Director for the Yorkton Real Estate Association's, Board of Directors. This is a great Association and as a Board we looked at issues that involve our industry, how to improve them as well as ways our business could provide better services to our clients.
In November 0f 2006, i was voted in as a Director with the Yorkton Chamber of Commerce. I look forward to my position on the Chamber, were i can meet all chamber members as well as listen to their ideas and concerns. Businesses are a vital part of a cities economic growth. I believe that it's Saskatchewan's time to SHINE and Yorkton needs to be ready for the future growth of our city. There has already been some postive step to the future with announcements of some major player setting up operations in the city. I can not wait to see what other exciting spin off with occur over the next couple years. I am ready for the change and look forward to the future growth of our city.
