Market Conditions today
Well the beginning to the year sure started off well! Our inventory was low and the demand was high allowing sellers to sell fast and for top dollar. This May our inventory has jump to almost double to what it was at the beginning of the year. Buyers are more in the drivers seat and can offer lower and have options to look at many. Sellers now have to be reeducated that the market has changed and the price may not be as high as what it was in the earlier part of the year.
I can see our market remaining strong this year even if the interest rate increases.
